**Salesperson Needed**

We are a national performance marketing firm based out of Boston, MA, that specializes in providing digital marketing services to businesses of all sizes seeking a sales specialist with experience in lead generation with B2B firms and selling digital / search marketing services to a variety of businesses, large and small.

This is a remote, telecommute position that requires reliable Internet access, access to a reliable phone line, and access to a reliable computer that can support voice chat and video (headphones/speakers, microphone, & webcam).

We are a boutique company with a team environment. We’re also highly driven and work in a fast-paced industry that is constantly evolving, so you’ll also need to have a professional, go-getter attitude.

A professional, adaptable manner is an absolute must. We work with a wide range of businesses, from physicians’ offices to large corporations with products that range into the six figures, so the ideal candidate will be able to understand the needs of a wide variety of clients and adapt to new and different situations, while consistently maintaining an appropriate level of professional care and attention at all times when dealing with clients and potential clients.

When you join the team, you’ll be working with a group of motivated individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including copy specialists, web design and graphic design experts, SEO specialists, and more, many with extensive backgrounds in the Internet marketing industry and beyond. This position will give you the room you need to make use of skills you already have while encouraging you to grow and expand your repertoire to become even more effective at generating leads and marketing on the web.

Required skills:

  1. Ability to find new business, close business, and complete the contracts for the new account.
  2. A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. A professional, assured manner with the ability to successfully adapt to different business situations and environments. Selling is listening and understanding what a client needs.
  4. Experience in digital marketing services sales (such as PPC, Display Advertising, SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, etc).
  5. Experience in selling B2B lead generation.
  6. Experience in generating leads from a variety of sources, including LinkedIn, forums, cold calling, professional networking and conferences, online job boards and communities, and social media outlets.
  7. Efficient and organized.
  8. Ability to work independently without daily oversight to meet goals.
  9. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines.
  10. Personable, team player.


Pay is a draw ($1500-$4000/month + 15% commission + performance bonuses) commensurate with experience. You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon being hired.
